Regulations of the Gold Premium Card of the Bayjonn Hotel in Sopot

§1 General provisions

1.      These regulations define the rules of using the Premium Gold Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”) issued by the Bayjonn Hotel in Sopot (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).

2.      The card is personal and can be used by the person to whom it was issued as well as family members and friends.

3.      Use of the Card constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

§2 Conditions for granting and using the Card

1.      The Card is issued under the terms and conditions specified by the Hotel and may be granted to regular Guests and persons meeting the criteria specified by the Hotel.

2.      The card entitles you to a 10% discount on your stay at the Hotel in all room categories, except for the Classic room.

3.      The discount only applies to reservations made directly at the Hotel – by phone or email.

4.      Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers or loyalty programs.

5.      The card does not have an electronic form and you can refer to the card number or the name and surname in which the card was issued.

§3 Validity and loss of the Card

1.      The card is issued for an indefinite period, but the Hotel reserves the right to cancel it at any time without giving any reason.

2.      In the event of loss or destruction of the Card, its holder should contact the Hotel to issue a duplicate, provided the Hotel agrees to this.

3.      The Hotel reserves the right to withdraw the privileges of having the Card in the event of a breach of the Hotel Regulations or abuse of the privileges of the Card.

§4 Final provisions

1.      The hotel reserves the right to change these regulations at any time without prior notice.

2.      The current version of the regulations is available at the hotel reception and on the hotel website.

3.      In matters not regulated by these regulations, the general rules for booking and staying at the Bayjonn Hotel in Sopot apply.
