Aquapark – entertainment for the whole family
When planning a holiday, we take into account the good of the entire family. When choosing the location of your rest, it is worth finding out what interesting entertainment can be found in the vicinity of the hotel or guesthouse we choose. Especially for our youngest - the nicest - we are looking for an alternative (even if the weather is not very kind).
If, due to a temporary lack of sun or capricious weather conditions, you would like to organize an attractive day for your children - we highly recommend Tricity's aqua parks - water amusement parks.
They are the perfect place for carefree, joyful family moments. Every child (the youngest, slightly older or teenager) will find a lot of joy, laughter and fun there. We even dare to say that not one parent will find the forgotten child within them 😉
There are two large water amusement parks on the Tricity map - Aquapark Sopot and Aquapark Reda.
Aquapark Sopot
Located very close to the beach and our Bayjonn Hotel in Sopot. It has the longest "wild river" in Poland - 71m! In addition, there are numerous geysers, hydromassages, water jets, slides, steam and dry saunas. For those who are brave and eager for thrills, there is a very steep (almost vertical) slide. After an intense day spent on water fun, we can eat in the restaurant in the water park and even go for a game of bowling. It's also a great option for the whole family!
Reda Aquapark
This is the only park in Poland connected to an oceanarium, where sharks brought from distant Sri Lanka swim.
A great fun for the brave ones will be the ride down a 60-meter-long, illuminated tunnel that leads straight to the aquarium with the above-mentioned sharks.
The water park has plenty of slides of varying difficulty, including the amazing vertical Ultra Speed and Blue Cosmo with visual effects. An interesting zone is a swimming pool with artificially generated waves 😉
We have personally checked the wonderful Sauna World many times, which offers relaxation at the highest level. Aroma sessions are regularly organized there, often accompanied by live or otherwise relaxing music. After such sessions, you feel great!
If you like this type of entertainment, it is worth visiting the Suntago Water Park on the way back from the Bayjonn Hotel in Sopot.
It is located in central Poland, in Wręcza, about 50 km from Warsaw. It is the largest indoor amusement and recreation park in Europe. In addition, it has a lot of external attractions. Only the first part of the investment - the Tropical Park - cost EUR 150 million and provided work for 600 employees. This fact shows how huge this object is. Lots of slides, attractions, swimming pools (including thermal ones) provide a lot of all-day experiences. The world of saunas, the extensive Wellness & Spa zone and finally the impressive garden of imported tropical plants and trees make it impossible to be bored there even for a moment... In Suntago Park, the most developed zone so far is the Relax zone. While resting under the palm trees, you can feel the atmosphere of an exotic holiday. So when we visit the Suntago Amusement Park, we can expect an exciting adventure!
