A deliciously zesty wine

After careful sorting and gentle extraction the wine is put into French oak casks of 228 liters (20% of new oak) for both of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with wild yeasts for 16 months on the lees

The grape blend of 55 % Syrah 40 % Carignan and 5 % Grenache noir is grown on soils of decomposed granites and gneiss between 350m and 600m above sea level

The palate is rich with melon and grapefruit
