Handmade Butter Dish Recipe Book this beautiful hand-woven Fairtrade breadThis beautifully simple butter dish is handmade just down the coast from Winter's Moon by Rebecca Williams. It holds half a block of butter and each dish is individually crafted so no two are exactly alike. Both the lid and the base are thrown on the wheel. Made from a natural buff stoneware clay, the butter dishes are high fired in the kiln to 1000 degrees (the bisque fire) which dries and strengthens them sufficiently for glazing. They are then dip
