Plantation Trinidad 12 Year Old 2009 51.8% 70cl Japanese Whisky A rich and earthy styleThis vintage rum spent 11 years maturing in a red brick built bond on the Island of Trinidad, the construction of the bond from red bricks allowed the rum to be stored in cooler conditions so the casks could de their work aging the rum until it was ready to move to France, once in France it was finished in French oak casks. The resulting taste profile is a truly unique style and taste that draws you in with each sip. Nose : Tonka beans, vanilla,
